The right of workers to organise and create groups to defend their interests and represent the collective, taking the initiative in bargaining processes and calling strikes, is considered essential and is the object of diligent protection.
Not for nothing is the collective interest regarded as the true reason for being of trade union freedom, even when it finds expression in the individual sphere.
