It is becoming increasingly common for groups of workers to choose to organise at their workplaces and create independent entities to represent them, aside from the large traditional unions. Col·lectiu Ronda works with these organisations, assisting them through the process of constitution and creation and, later on, providing trade union sections, work committees and workers with support for the preparation of trade union elections and ongoing advice on labour law.
